Question 1

What does CoreHexa build?

Accepted Answer

We create custom business applications, SaaS products, AI applications, integrations, and extensions for existing software. We also help replace outdated applications and spreadsheet-based workflows with modern solutions.

Question 2

Do we need to know exactly what we want built?

Accepted Answer

No. You can start with the problem, the current process, and the outcome you want. We can help turn that into a defined scope and identify what the first useful release should include.

Question 3

Can you improve software we already use?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where the platform supports the required changes or connections. That may involve an integration, a companion application, a custom component, or a replacement for a specific part of the workflow. We assess access, licensing, and technical constraints before agreeing the approach.

Question 4

Can you connect any two applications?

Accepted Answer

Feasibility depends on the systems involved. Supported APIs, permissions, vendor restrictions, data formats, and licensing all affect what is possible. We review those dependencies before committing to a connection.

Question 5

Does every project need AI?

Accepted Answer

No. We use AI when it supports a defined task and the results can be evaluated appropriately. A conventional application, integration, or rules-based automation may be a better fit for the work.

Question 6

Can an AI tool use our internal documents?

Accepted Answer

That can be part of the design, subject to your access permissions, data requirements, and the chosen providers. We define which sources it can use, who can access them, and how answers or actions should be reviewed.

Question 7

Can you replace an old application or a complex spreadsheet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We start by understanding the records, workflows, and dependencies that need to carry forward. The project may involve a complete replacement or a staged transition, with data validation and a changeover plan appropriate to the existing system.

Question 8

How much does a project cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, integrations, data, and delivery requirements. We need to understand the work before giving you a meaningful proposal. Third-party software, hosting, AI usage, and ongoing support costs are identified as part of scoping where relevant.

Question 9

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

Timing depends on the agreed scope, available access, review cycles, and external dependencies. We define the delivery plan after understanding those requirements. A focused first release can help make the work more manageable.

Question 10

Who owns the software and the data?

Accepted Answer

Ownership, licensing, source-code access, account control, and handoff terms are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software may have separate terms. We make those responsibilities explicit before work begins.

Question 11

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance, hosting, monitoring, updates, and support responsibilities are agreed for the project. The plan should identify who operates the software, how issues are reported, and what ongoing work is included.

Question 12

Can you handle sensitive information or regulated workflows?

Accepted Answer

We need to assess the actual data, access, contractual obligations, and required controls before confirming fit. Share the categories of information and requirements during the initial conversation, but do not send sensitive records through the website contact form.

Question 13

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Tell us what you want to build, connect, replace, or improve, along with the systems and people involved. A useful starting point is a short explanation of what happens today and what you want to change.
